1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 7p777 (hereinafter referred to as "7p777", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). • "Wagering Requirement" — the total monetary volume of qualifying bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted into withdrawable real money funds.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 7p777, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible User is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the 7p777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information. 7p777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing the first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold, or when unusual account activity is detected.

KYC documentation typically required includes: a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), and may additionally include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of persistent non-compliance, permanent account closure.

• 4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

7p777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect, and approved cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC-20, BNB BEP-20). All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• 5.1 The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• 5.2 Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the technical constraints of the payment provider. Where this is not possible, 7p777 will use reasonable efforts to facilitate withdrawal via an equivalent channel.
• 5.3 All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 7p777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's name.
• 5.4 Processing times for withdrawal requests are typically under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX under normal operating conditions, subject to banking institution processing times and the completion of any applicable security checks.
• 5.5 7p777 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts showing patterns consistent with fraudulent activity.
• 5.6 Deposits made in cryptocurrency will be credited at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be processed at the exchange rate at the time the withdrawal request is confirmed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7p777 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and special event promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all 7p777 promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• 6.1 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any derived winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period if the wagering requirement remains incomplete.
• 6.2 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
• 6.3 Where a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, 7p777 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to bonus funds prior to processing the withdrawal.
• 6.4 Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus wagering is in progress. Placing individual bets exceeding RM50 (or equivalent) per round while actively wagering a bonus may, at 7p777's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 6.5 7p777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered by an eligible User will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.
• 6.6 Where 7p777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, 7p777 reserves the right to cancel all bonus amounts and associated winnings and, if appropriate, to close the relevant Account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 7p777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, game type, or casino title. General rules governing betting and gaming on the Platform include the following:

• 7.1 Bets are not confirmed until accepted and acknowledged by the 7p777 system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet will be deemed void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
• 7.2 7p777 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was submitted, where it is not possible to confirm the start time of the event.
• 7.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7p777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where legally appropriate, the reporting of the relevant activity to relevant authorities:

• 9.1 Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• 9.2 Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any feature of the gaming or betting systems.
• 9.3 Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or other conduct designed to fraudulently affect the outcome of any game or betting market.
• 9.4 Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• 9.5 Exploiting any software error, fault, or misconfiguration ("bug") to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be removed from the Player's Account.
• 9.6 Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, or security infrastructure.
• 9.7 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or during any KYC verification process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7p777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 7p777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 7p777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7p777, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services, even if 7p777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 11.1 7p777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• 11.2 7p777's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

7p777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• 12.1 A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• 12.2 Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 7p777.
• 12.3 Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months. In such cases, 7p777 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder prior to closure. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure of an inactive account will be held for a period of no less than three (3) years and returned to the Account holder upon satisfactory identity verification.
• 12.4 Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 7p777 customer support. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining real money balance will be paid out to the Account holder following successful KYC verification.

13 Amendments to Terms

7p777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — that is, where it significantly affects User rights or obligations — 7p777 will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification, email, or announcement on the website.

Continued use of the 7p777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 7p777 is licensed and operated.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 7p777 relating to the Platform, gaming transactions, bonus disputes, or any other matter governed by these Terms, the User must first raise the matter formally with 7p777 customer support via the official support channels listed in Section 15. All formal complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 7p777 will endeavour to investigate and resolve all formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7p777 customer support, the User may request that the matter be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process. 7p777 will cooperate in good faith with any such process.
